I am going to be researching different forms of domestic abuse as I am fighting to win a commission to make a short film which will feature as part of a national campaign to raise awareness about domestic abuse. To be successful I must deliver a comprehensive report showing my understanding of the context and issues together with a pitch which effectively presents my film idea to the commissioning team

Women's Aid is a charity that helps raise awareness and stop women and children being hurt in relationships involving domestic abuse. Women's Aid supports over 300 dedicated specialist domestic violence services across the UK. This charity has a high budget on advertising as you can tell in the Kiera Knightly Women's Aid Advert. Using a famous actor makes people instantly want to watch the entirety of the advert because they are watching a familiar face and the advert is filmed as if it is a big budget film
